Event setup team members will play a crucial role in supporting the aesthetic design and execution of events.
This position requires attention to detail, capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and passion for making beautiful and memorable experiences.
Candidates should be capable of wearing many hats as the floral and decor team is a small, highly collaborative team.
Responsibilities to include:
Assisting head designers with processing and storage Prepping, cleaning and storing hard goods before and/or after an event Setting up wedding floral & decor on event days Delivery of personal flowers (e.
g.
bouquets, boutonnieres) to wedding party and family members Breaking down, repurposing and/or transporting arrangements, lighting candles, breaking down setups based on wedding day timelines Organizing and keeping track of hard goods inventory Assisting in other areas of wedding day execution as needed Reviewing wedding design plan and ensuring all items have been delivered
Qualifications:
Ability to work in fast paced in environment Desire to learn Wedding and Event Design and Decor Ability to adapt to changing work requirements Ability to stand for hours Strong attention to detail Must be able to lift up to 50lbs Experience not necessary; willing to train the right candidate.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
